Every account is on a plan. Every feature of Symbose is on every plan, and the account turns on the ones it needs. You pay in advance for one period at a time and can cancel before the next one starts.

A plan renews by itself, one period at a time, and each period is paid in advance on the day it starts. A new account pays nothing until the first billing day after it signs up. Payments are taken from the payment method you save the first time you pay.
The owner of the account can cancel at any time, in the platform or by writing to support@symbose.com. Cancel before the next period starts, for a monthly plan before the first day of the next month, and the plan ends with the running period. No further payment is taken, and the account has no access from the next period. A payment for a period that has started is not refunded.
The plans are priced in euro, and every price includes 25% Danish VAT. An account that pays in Danish kroner pays the price converted at 7.50 kroner to the euro, rounded to whole kroner, which is the price shown in kroner.
As a consumer you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. You then pay only for the access you had until you told us, and we refund the rest.
Everything about plans, payment, cancelling and withdrawing is in our Terms of service.
