Renewal and payment

A plan renews by itself, one period at a time, and each period is paid in advance on the day it starts. A new account pays for what is left of the current period when it signs up, and nobody else can be put on it until that is paid. Payments are taken from the payment method you save the first time you pay.

Cancelling

The owner of the account can cancel at any time, in the platform or by writing to support@symbose.com. Cancel before the next period starts, for a monthly plan before the first day of the next month, and the plan ends with the running period. No further payment is taken, and the account has no access from the next period. A payment for a period that has started is not refunded.

VAT and currency

The plans are priced in euro, and every price includes 25% Danish VAT. An account that pays in Danish kroner pays the price converted at 7.50 kroner to the euro, rounded down to whole kroner, which is the price shown in kroner.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. You then pay only for the access you had until you told us, and we refund the rest.
